Continuous improvement is a core function of Valley Systems commitment to delivering the highest quality product and customer satisfaction in the industry. Continuous improvement is a requirement we mandate in all aspects of our business. In addition to reviewing our work through customer feedback, our technical base, procedure implementation processes, and vendor expectations are also continuously scrutinized for improvement. At the heart of our improvement efforts are Valley Systems on-going training programs for our employees. Our training program is conducted internally at our own, state-of-the-art facility. Each technician receives ongoing BICSI training; continual quarterly update training and OSHA field handbooks. We also provide continued product training and certification form the individual manufacturers we represent.
